In cases of sexual assault (which is what this is), media usually backs off of identifying the victim out of respect for his/her privacy.
This is excepted in cases of extraordinary nature.
I believe that this is an extraordinary case, but I would still hope that people would grant this guy some sort of privacy/anonymity. I'm sure he's embrassed enough by all of this. And that guy who did that to him needs to pay.

This is a hate CRIME. PUre and simple. Bama fans cannot think they are going to come in or state and tea stamp our fans who have had too much to drink. htey would not have done it had the kid been wearing a marron elephant shirt I promise you.

So I should have videoed the woman that got in my face and threatened me and reported a hate crime assault.

As much as the stupid Bama fan deserves to go to jail I wonder if the LSU fan press charges. If its me I hope no one knows who I am. I sure as hell don't want to go up in court and say "yes, i was tee-bagged and I want justice". I'd rather get the dude back in my own way. Remember the Rastafarian jokes about the toothbrush photo?
