Any Messages for the Court Where the SEC Suit is Pending?

Heading up to the Northern District of Alabama for two days with the magistrate judge.
What would the Rant like to convey?
(Just in case Andy Dotson or Seana Willing are reading, I am not really going to engage in ex parte communications on the topic. This is just a chance for fans to vent.)

Stop wasting taxpayer money on a frivolous personal campaign by Sankey. His issues should be addressed in the SEC board room not the court room.

Thanks for letting all of us know that you’re important judge

Yep. I personally think Judge Axon is going to pour them out on the motion to dismiss.
But based on experience, I might also expect some arm twisting toward a settlement.

If I were important, I wouldn’t be sitting on a plane before 8 am or even going to Court.
I am pretty joyful though.
And I do damn sure have tendencies toward arrogance and aggrandizement. You are right about that. They are just a bit delusional.

If you are not affiliated with the legal team of either side or a party to the suit, is it really ex parte communication?
Are you going there for work, or are you and the magistrate friends? I certainly wouldn't think discussing fan sentiment with a friend would qualify as ex parte.
Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer and have no idea what I am talking about.
I know I speak for more than a few here in saying we appreciate you, Judge.

Yep. And my magistrate is not on that case.
Not saying it won’t come up . . . .

I hope we don't blink
Let's take it to court
Get everything out in the open and everyone on record

I doubt Liz would.

The SEC has to know that lawsuits from affected players are coming.
Is this about the SEC trying to recover future litigation penalties? Or just Stankey trying to exert his power? Or both?

There is nothing that screams SEC bias more than the commissioner trying to make an example out of LSU for something Alabama actually did, in an Alabama federal court no less

Honestly? I think it’s partly dick measuring at this point. Just being blunt.
Sankey can’t come away with nothing. Liz can’t (and likely won’t) concede anything.
We have forcefully called the SEC’s bluff. Whoever folds loses.
If Sankey loses, his path toward self governance gets pretty rocky.

The Judge and Greg will be really pissed when we beat Bama!

From what I have seen, she is pretty independent.

Maybe casually drop that 5th circuit case I mentioned yesterday
Not that I am concerned for the outcome. It just seems like the closest actual example of a jurisdictional issue to this, and the ruling tilts toward LSU’s favor.

as MR Bigg said..."Take dat shite to trial bitch"
and I was the main one at first saying it was a bad look for LSU....but after the court room antics of Sanky here....I realized it was 100% bullshite by him as a personal vendetta. frick him, frick the president of Tenner too, Ugly bitch
