I have a few friends and family who went there and have season tickets and we had said we were going to go next season but since Lane has left them for us they have decided they no longer want to go to the game lmfao.

Don’t take your kid to that game. Lifelong LSU fan and married an Ole Miss fan. Zero class and sophistication under normal circumstances, next year will be terrible. Even my Ole Miss wife admits it’s worse going to that game in Oxford.

If you wear ole Miss gear you are fine, but I refuse to do that for the LSU game.

This was from this year. It will be much worse for even “normal” LSU fans.

(The guy routinely dresses as opposing fans and goes to where the students tailgate, or crazy NFL fans, NBA fans, etc.)

Trying to get a group of baws together for it. Ole Miss visits have been the most unpleasant of any road games I've been to, this should be a total shite show. Cant wait.

Noted. When we played at Ole Miss in either 2015 we stayed in Winona, MS. About an hour & 20 minute drive to Oxford.

Yeah, I wouldn’t suggest a small group for this game. Maybe a minimum of 10

Already looking into a golf trip centered around that game. Just waiting for the date to be announced. Oxford will be electric that weekend.

I'm planning on it. I would never be caught dead wearing Old Piss gear though. I'll risk my safety wearing a Lane Train shirt.

I've got a work buddy from Ole Miss. We have been to every LSU/Ole Miss game together since the late 90s. I get the tickets at LSU and he gets the tickets at Ole Miss. His tickets are a part of his father-in-law's group of tickets. His father-in -law already told him that if he invites me to the game next year, he'll never get another ticket. Funny thing is that his father-in-law always liked me. We always had a good time together, and he loved when I would bring a big pot of jambalaya to his tailgate. Maybe he'll cool off before then, but crazy how angry that fanbase is.

Honestly, wouldn’t take a kid. These people are insane and I’ve seen a TON of them threatening violence to LSU fans at the game next year. Police in Oxford aren’t likely to be of any help either
