Andy Staples pod from late last night

It was with the On3 Michigan guy and during the live chat Andy stopped and went off on people saying Brian Kelly is a candidate. He said he never was and it was just click bait from some random reporter on Twitter
The Michigan guy said nobody he has spoken with inside of Michigan said they even talked or considered Kelly and it’s been and will be Moore and the deal is already done.
Staples said people need to realize he’s at LSU in the SEC and has everything he needs and to get over it and quit saying he wants to move back north.

So Moscoana can claim that he was right. The only reason BK didn’t leave was because he wasn’t offered the Michigan job.

Well it was Billy Lucci that said this first. Moscona repeated it and said if Michigan were interested that Kelly would take a look. But then he went on to say he didn't think he would. That's the "just in case" statement to cover his tracks but he should've phrased it differently in his initial statement.

I really don’t understand why LSU fans are so upset. It’s been speculation the entire time and it happens for every coaching search. Anytime there is an head coach opening, media members scramble to make a list of potential candidates. I don’t understand why it was such a big deal to some. The only way that it would have any impact on LSU is if BK we’re to actually leave, so who cares

bullshite, don't cover for that idiot. Moscona said if BK was offered the job he would take it, there was nothing about "take a look". He qualified this unfounded claim by saying he didn't know if Michigan would actually offer him the job. He subsequently doubled down on the "BK would take the job if offered" several times afterwards. When this nonsense blew up on twitter, the national media picked up on it as "chatter" that BK was interested in the Michigan job. This whole narrative is all on Moscona.

I am not necessarily pissed off or upset but I get tired of these leak rumors with no substance. This one in my opinion was leaked by rivals or agents or both for their personal gain.

As much as Matt can be frustrating for some of his "tactics" he is 1000x better than Jordy. Jordy will speak out both sides of his mouth on every topic. Dude was calling for Nuss to get a shot before the Mississippi State game then jumped on the bandwagon for Jayden for Heisman and repeatedly pumped his chest about being right about Jadyen.
This coming after he was sunshine pumping for Coach O to get the job then when he got fired he makes jokes about O and how he knew it was never going to work...fricking dumb.

I get that, but it happens every time there is a coaching change at any school. Media members immediately come up with a list of 5-10 people that are “potential candidates” for whatever reasons. I don’t understand why people just don’t ignore it. It’s just annoying when people complain about rumors spreading while also sending out 20 tweets about said rumors.
