Amazingly, he says Stevan exhibits more moves, wiggle, and bettr hands than many draft pundits thought he had...
Didn't see much of this at LSU.
What??

I thought it was something to that effect. I don't understand your reasoning however. He is a talented hard working individual, he is a strong powerful down hill runner with an ability to avoid contact. Sounds like a prototypical NFL running back to me. That being said i never expected him to do as well as he did in college much less be talked about the way he is now. But the guy has proved me wrong every step of the way, im done doubting him.

all he did was wiggle and cut. he constantly made moves on defenders to get extra yards. watch any run in the redzone.
i think this guy is gonna be missed a lot more than people think.

He didn't catch much out of the backfield for LSU, but he definitely showed wiggle. Not much for moves like juking, but if plowing people counts as moves he did that too
I thought he was the best cut-back runner for the Tigers since Faulk.

I think your about the 3rd person to tell me that. It comes from a panic song off their latest album

Well i disagree, the LSU staff used Ridley properly, its not like he was on the bench. Sec backs are underrated in alot of cases because so many SEC teams have 2 or 3 good ones and coachs try to please them all equally. Just look at how many Sec backs late rounders have made it at running back. Adrian Foster, Ben Tate, the kid from Ole Miss with the Pats now.

Ben Tate was a 2nd rd pick, just saying !

No disagreement here. I'd have rather seen him catch a few more outlet passes...but that's a QB issue more than anything else.

I agree we didnt have a qb who was capable of checking down far enough to get the ball to ridley much. The guy does have excellent hands or did in high school anyway

maybe they'll give him 1st team snaps this week then and not be the 4th RB into the game like he has been.
I agree with Lester here.
Ridley looks great so far, but it's preseason and he's up against the 2nd and 3rd teams for JAX and TB..

Well hes a rookie and hes a second or third string running back right now in his second professional game. I'm not saying hes going to the pro bowl this year. I'm just saying the guy is going to have a successful NFL career.

fify
Give him time to prove himself. I'm not anti-Ridley, in fact I'm very confident he'll be a good NFL back, but let him have some real game experience first.

Well yea that's what I was getting at. I obviously can't see the future but what I can see is a guy who looks to be on his way up.
