Yea, alleva does in fact control the crowd, in the sense he had 2 weeks to come out and say rabalais's article was false....instead he lets the shitstorm brew and tries to act like nothing was going to happen.

From what I know, there were still discussions going on as late as Thursday. Again, not sure I buy into 3rd quarter narrative, but at the moment they decided nothing would be done the whole thing should have been cleared up via press release. Herb Vincent would never have allowed this to happen, complete amateur hour.

Mile$ is arrogant and will lie as often as he thinks is necessary to save his arse. But he's not stupid. He and his agent have been marvelous at taking a mediocre coach and turning him into a quirky, high-dollar brand during his time at LSU.
