what do you want LSU to do? Not sign them? Ok...then you'll bitch about Texas, Bama or someone else signing them. Get it though your dumb head, it's the players suing, not LSU. LSU is just taking what the courts allow.

I can't wait until I wake up Saturday morning and I can get into gameday mode and not have to hear or even think about all this BS!!

The sports media is either woefully ignorant, or is auditioning for their next job as a political analyst for CNN/FoxNews. Not sure what’s worse.

Honestly, I haven’t given this much thought at all. The only thing I would want or add is whatever the rules were for the Ole Miss quarterback, the Alabama basketball players in any other player in the country whose had like caliber circumstances that this be handled in the same manner, if those are totally separate issues and not comparing apples to apples, then forget what I just said. I’m ready for Saturday and I’m tired of hearing about this. It’s taken away from the excitement in my opinion.

Not going to lie, i don't give a shite if Lane gets 15 rules named after him for finding loopholes or grey areas in the current rules. His job is to aquire and develop as much talent as possible in order to win the most games. If these players are eligible, and can help LSU win games, then I hope he gets everyone he wants.

As a college football fan in general, I don't like where the game is continuing to go with fringe NFL players essentially using CFB as a fallback after not making a NFL team.
That said, if the PLAYERS are going to petition for another year of being allowed to play and they are looking for a team to join, I'd rather them play for LSU than a competitor.
In a competitive industry where wins and losses are all that matter, teams/coaches don't get "extra credit" by adhering to the fan's/media's ideals on "integrity"

...thats the thing, they arent worth bitching about even if they were on those teams. Texas and Bama games are in November... if our Defensive Tackle room (with Four former 5-stars and two P4 transfers/former starters) is struggling in November, then we have a bigger problem than depth.
Wright cant learn an entire offense elsewhere. Kiffin/Weiss is his only hope to come close to his 2025 production. He's the only addition that somewhat makes sense... but he's not the difference between LSU going 8-4 or 10-2
They arent worth the media distraction, future resentment from the SEC Office, or potential CFP Committee collusion.
