He wasn’t around before that. That’s a shame.

You’re the poster child for whiny arse bitches who need something other than baseball to entertain them at a baseball game.
If you have season tickets, which I highly doubt. You def sell them most games.

I hate to beat a dead horse but we have to get some upgrades soon to The Box.
It does need upgrades. And to compound the problem, so does the basketball arena. Unfortunately the money isn’t there for one of these projects let alone two.

Renovation Details
The renovation plans for Pete Taylor Park include several key improvements.
Funding Goal — The university has launched a public fundraising campaign targeting $25 million for the renovations.
Capacity Increase — The upgrades aim to accommodate approximately 6,500 fans, enhancing the overall game-day experience.
Player Facilities — Improved facilities for players are part of the renovation, focusing on modern amenities and comfort.
Historical Preservation — The initiative seeks to maintain the park's unique character while implementing modern upgrades.
So they announce a plan to raise public funds to upgrade their stadium and facilities.
The planned upgrade is just for 6500 seats.
They aren’t breaking ground. It won’t be as big as the Box. Why are LSU fans saying we are getting passed over?

Baseball's NIL share is only 8%
"only"? 5.5 million for a non-revenue sport like baseball seems like a pretty large number to me. How does that compare to everyone else in the country? I'd imagine top 3 at worst

don’t be surprised when schools like USM put additional resources towards other sports besides football
bold strategy considering those sports lose money every year. Te best programs might break even. Even though they can't compete in football, they still make money playing football. they never will in baseball. Sinking all your money into a non-revenue sport at a G5 school makes no financial sense

Sad af when So Miss outclasses your progrum.

No one is sinking “all” their money in non-revenue sports. They may just allocate more of a percentage to baseball than most other schools are willing to allocate. I’ve read previously that Miss St may do this as well so it’s not just G5 schools who are considering this approach
