Gotta get Larson multiple ABs a game again

Larson is actually one of the higher rated offensive recruits on the roster. Hitting is what made him a draft lean/top 100 prospect. He just seems to have not figured the mental part out. Presses too often.

Paxton Kling now the top hitter for PSU…ain’t saying much but Larson will probably do the same thing

This team is truly special with the bases loaded, I swear

Yeha he's probably as good as gone. Could see him balling out at a Kansas, for example, next year.
I don't see him getting an every day opportunity like he did last year. We need to find him a start and a pinch hit a weekend if we want him to stay

ball 2 missed down the middle

He’s had some epically bad at bats this year.

It was the right match up call
Posted on 4/18/25 at 7:53 pm to talmaniandevil_25
This was why he'd only seen limited AB's this season. He doesn't have the plate discipline he showed us last year so far and there is a ton of competition going up against him.

Four hits and a walk = two runs.
It’s like LSU is trying to score the fewest runs with the most opportunities.

Breaks my heart because I think the more experience he gets his ceiling is so high

I agree the lineup is just too deep. Can’t press in baseball and unfortunately he’s at a spot where he needs his AB’s to count. Hope he doesn’t transfer but won’t shock me.

We can’t be fricking around here. Get some outs.
