When a hit and run is on, you know you have to swing at any pitch not in the dirt. You shorten your swing and try to put good contact on the ball.
On a normal 1-0 count Cade is looking for a ball in his zone that he can hit out of the park.
LSU is about 1-46 on hit and run calls this season.
