It’s being reported all over Twitter that Big Al is signing with the Jets, extending his career. We were talking at work and wondering who is the last member of that 07 team to play in the NFL besides him?

I know it’s been talked about numerous times, but what he’s doing at 36 years old is insane. Dude has made the most of his opportunities for sure.

Good for Al. That's a hell of a long NFL career!

Calais Campbell is older. I think Suh is too. But yes, he's old.

Indeed and one the rankings industry would use as a sign of merit. However, his time at LSU wasn't a 5* success(honestly borderline 4* quality). We as LSU fans would kind of see his career at LSU being a disappointment based on recruiting hype lending credence that the rankings are horseshite. And both hold water.

That’s who I was thinking as well. Looks like the last team he signed with was the Lions in 2018.

Crazy to think Al has lasted so much longer than the rest of those guys.

I think it’s Brandon Lafell. He played up until 2018.

After further look Shep, RJF, and Ridley also played until 2018.

Drake Nevis made it to 2015 in the NFL but is still playing in the Canadian league.

Joseph Barksdale was also in the NFL IN 2018.
