He has made 28 million in his time in the league. Pretty good living.

He is at the top of the list of LSU players that were better pros than college players. Incredibly long pro career and a real testament to him.

Got a coworker who went to high school with him. He says he is still the down-to-earth country boy with a gentle streak that is somewhat surprising for a giant terror on the field.

I know he was with 5 teams his first 2 years, twice with pittsburgh. His 2nd trip there is when he got his legs under him it seems. Really didnt expect to see him on a roster.

Story from the Vikings camp when Hunter got to camp was how poor his technique was for a guy coming from the SEC. Brick Haley was a turrible coach.

Throw Chavis in there too. Guy had a freak edge rusher and used him for containment his entire career

They made him stop dunking in high school cause of multiple broken rims. That Elton team had some studs on the floor.

Watched Al play high school football and basketball. In football he was bigger, stronger and faster than any other lineman. But basketball showcased his athleticism for such a big player. Fast breaks, isolation plays and spin moves to basket. When guarded by someone near his height had a fall away jump shot. Very agile and played “light on his feet”. Besides dunks.

Good for him, but no, he doesn’t belong in this category.
