Well building a shite load of suites around a sea of bleachers looks pretty fricking dumb. No one is saying chairbacks are the fix all solution, but it speaks volumes how our AD has failed MISERABLY when it comes to enhancing the fan experience…terrible traffic, terrible concessions, dull premium seating options, fricking bleachers, etc.
Hey, i'm just in favor of a tear down and re-design the whole damn park to increase the experience for fans and have some unique tailgating and in game experience. It offers nothing unique and i feel like the site is land strapped.

I'm focused on a higher level of making Alex Box a leading collegiate stadium in the country. Chair backs is a bandaid but i'm focused on bigger picture of the stadium and atmosphere in totality.
That should have been fixed already. After that they can spend time on figuring out the bigger plan moving forward

This would never happen because of politics and little dick syndrome, but Baton Rouge should issue bonds for LSU facilities. It’s one of the biggest economic drivers in the city and part of the state’s flagship university. Downvote away.

its a part but the stadium offers hardly anything else. Charibacks or no chairbacks.

I don’t disagree about basketball. PMAC is horrible. Baseball is fine.

The stadium is nice for ULL, Rice, Oklahoma State, etc
Lol what? Oklahoma state just opened a park last year that is very nice.

Wrong, it'll be 14 years old in february
No one has actually answer the question, what is missing from the current box?

It’s a constant state of always wanting what the neighbors have.. most of our fans wouldn’t be content with anything. Can we use some upgrades, sure.. but to act like it’s essential is a joke

I think that when the team dominates this year the park will be rocking, even without keeping up with the Joneses.

Players don't give a shite about the stadium. They care about practice facilities and locker room amenities.
No one is "falling further behind" just because some other school has better concessions and more fan perks.
That has zero outcome on team success.
i agree problem is our practice facilities and tech we have is not nearly as good as places like ole miss. but im sure i will get downvoted again
and our stadium does suck. its like a ull stadium. its not 1996 anymore, need to get with the times

You could go back and look at a million posts of suggestions, but I’ll help you out with a few.
Extend chairbacks down the line
Extend the overhang
Fix the batters eye & logos on the wall
Create some sort of berm/party deck that allows people to grill & bring in drinks

You will get downvoted because this is simply not true.

Are there any sketches of the future renovations, because I already thought that Blue Bell was the most underrated yard in the SEC?
Posted on 11/11/22 at 3:13 pm to lsu711
With grace hebert. DLR is a stadium consultant. The aesthetics of the stadium isn’t necessarily on dlr

LSU fans are never happy .They always need something to
bitch about.
bitch about.

Blue Bell looks great on TV, but it is severely lacking in person.

LSU has been consistently adding on to the baseball training facility for the last several years. I doubt the players care too much about the “fan experience”.
