We seriously need to address our facilities for baseball and basketball. It can’t wait any longer.

Stadium is 12 years old, exactly what is missing

Its college station, they could spend 100 million and still cannot polish that particular lump of bio matter.

I trust that Jay will be on it soon. He doesn’t seem that nonchalant about anything related to LSU baseball.

It was behind the times when it was built. Arky and USC had and continue to have better parks.

And OU is building a new stadium

Crazy that we will be behind OU, Miss St, A&M and Arkansas in baseball facilities

i'm not sure what can be logically done to improve alex box, i feel a tear down and re-do is necessary. With that in mind, i almost rather wait it out than pour more monies into something that won't cut it in the end.

Why is that? Was it a funding issue or just lacking in planning?

You think facilities don’t matter. Now that’s fricking hilarious.

The Box is a bottom tier SEC stadium. Really a sad state of affairs

The facilities for the players are top shelf, which is the most important thing.

Yes. The players’ facilities are comparable to others. It’s certainly not above and beyond though. The stadium is not close.

The PMAC should be first on any list of replacement or renovation

The baseball stadium is fine and apparently Jay Johnson wants an indoor facility to work on fielding first.

LSU is sitting in the same pot of money all these other sec schools are in.

Between COVID and increased cost of construction right now LSU is better off waiting on some of these projects to kick off
