Looking at the aggie boards and there are a number of posts and subjects that vocie legit concern that Jimbo could soon be following Woodward in a year or two.

2 notes from their board on this topic
Jimbo’s contract has NO BUYOUT if he leaves.

Jimbo said that one of the main reasons he took the job was because Woodward was the AD

To be honest, I think it was the only reason he took the job. They worked together at LSU and both shared the same vision for a football program

I just can't see this happening unless Orgeron steers the program off a cliff within that time frame.

However, I think even Orgeron understands that his leash is a little shorter now.

LSU will not pay $75 million for Fisher. A&M was desperate.

Let the Aggies melt Maybe they can get Jimbo’s nephew to be the next head coach

He’d take the LSU job for less money now that Woodward is here.

If Aranda leaves, that may happen.

Jimbo is overrated by a lot. Hopefully O appears to be driving the bus in the right direction. If not I trust the new AD to actually search for the right guy
