100 percent agree. It's sad how some people are reacting. Support your team! shite happens! Now let's beat the crap out of Auburn!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the fans need to be the damn grown ups and ease up off these kids a little bit. I'm not saying I'm happy that three starters are out for a game against Auburn, but I'm not going to crucify them for a mistake.

It isn't necessary for us as fans to explode the internet by repeatedly saying the same things about our own frustrations.

I've been quite embarrassed with the fanbase this year. It's understandable the players want to lash out. We are supposed to be on the same side. I hope this shite makes them even hungrier and come back more focused the next game. For now, we have a damn strong team with great depth. I for one can't wait to see who is going to shine!!!

And to your point about the fans not owing the players anything, what do the players OWE you? Is the #1 ranking and undefeated season (so far) not enough?

I paid to go to school at LSU. They're representing my institution. I just want them to respect where they are and who they have the PRIVILEGE of representing. All I'm asking for is an "I'm sorry, I was wrong, I'll correct it, forgive me." a man should be able to say that without pointing fingers. (yes, they are men, try walking up to one of them and tellin them otherwise... They are not kids

Support should follow from their fellow players. I say if you can't handle the pressure(of being #1 and all eyes are on you), get off the stage. It takes more than on player to make a team. This team is stacked.....NEXT player step right up.

I don't think that is necessary. They can say that to the team and Miles. We don't need to hear it. But, they need to stop crying about the fans on Twitter. If they are going to do that, they are really setting themselves up for more scrutiny. Say nothing, or be responsible. I'd rather they say nothing.

unlike these three i was not a memeber of the LSU football team when i was younger. THEY ARE! They represent LSU on and off the field. They are in the middle of one the best seasons LSU has ever had. And theyve already dealt with off field issues before the season. You would think they would have enough sense to know not to put their teams chances in jeopeardy. AT some point theses players have to grow up!!And Miles has to at some point say enough is enough. Making excuses for them doesnt help. They arent kids anymore. Its time for them to start acting like it!

Absolutely agree.

And I understand this point as well. I just imagine what it must be like to be "attacked" by the nameless/faceless of the internet and not eventually get defensive about it and lash out. I'm not saying it's the right PR move, but I remember me as a kid and as contrite as I may have been about a mistake, eventually I would bristle at the continued commentary.

these guys are 18-22 years old. They aren't kids. They are old enough to serve in the military and die for our country. Stop selling them short. They are capable of acting like the adults they are.

I'm not selling them short, I'm trying to imagine how I would have reacted at that age after making a mistake that affected the people I care about (team, family, fans) and how I might have responded to the criticism. I'm not saying the reaction was "right," only understandable.

If their suspeded fine. I hate it but oh well... I think the war on drugs is bullshite. Waste of time and money. If someone wants to do the shite let them. If they get in trouble so be it. That's the risk you run. Pay the Piper. I also think is funny how some folks assume that everyone smoke pot in college. BS. I didn't and no one I knew did. I think this is the much younger generation talking. I'm in my 30s. The problem I have is this. Kids/ young people today think that their should never be any long term consequences for their actions. A " I'm sorry" or "I paid the fine" and everything is back to normal. That is not how the real world operates. I wish these guys would realize this. I fully support all three of the guys. Hope they are not suspended, and if they are... They are back for BAMA
