Does everyone understand to be suspended an athlete must fail more than one test? Stop with "they are only human" crap. .

Do you understand that there is also word out there that this is a 1st offense for them and LSU is actually trying to nip this shite in the bud? I love how not a single person knows wtf is even going on yet everyone is spouting off details.

They need to realize that their actions now can affect their future. Not everyone in the real world views their actions in the same light as they do. Hense the wide varity of reactions to the news.

Half the assholes on here get butthurt when someone doesn't like their post and they are hidden behind a fake internet name. But they can't understand why kids who you know everything about come together with each other and say stop trashing us even after they say what happen was a dumb mistake

Let them learn from the mistake and move on but all of your energy should be focused on supporting those who are playing this Saturday instead of spending all day harping on what may or may not have happened

LSU has 85 scholarship players and only 3 are involved in this incident. We need to back and support those who have followed the rules and let the 3 involved suffer the consequences of their poor choices.Apparently these 3 didn't learn anything from the earlier incident involving LSU football players.Choices have consequences be they good or bad.

shouldn't the fans be doing the same instead of tearing them down?

Logic doesn't work around here. Not with some of these "fans".

Good to hear that the team is forgiving these 3 men (they are not boys as many of you want to label them) for consciously choosing to break rules that they signed on the dotted line to live by when they were selected to have the HUGE privilege of playing LSU football.
Glad to know that the team doesn't feel that these 3 men have let them down tremendously and perhaps hurt the Tigers chances at winning another National Championship.
Happy to know that the reputation of this fine institution is of no concern to the players and is not taken into account in light of this, and other, "mistakes"
Glad to see that there is little accountability by the leaders on this team for their peer's selfish behavior, and anything goes with these guys.

No wonder this shite keeps happening.

Let's treat these kids like real humans: do something good, be praised. do something wrong, no worries, Your bad decisions will never affect anybody else.

The ones complaining about what owed to them and they deserve the backlash honestly sound like bitter people because they never were good enough to play. Amazing how.jealous some seem

Sorry I don't consider this a dumb mistake! You are taught from an early age that:

smoking dope is wrong,
against the law,
you get in trouble if you do it,
against the law,
this is your brain on drugs.....
against the law,
not accepted by society,
against the law,

Just don't f'ing do it. Anything else is not a mistake, it is flat out doing what you know is wrong and not caring about what happens when you get caught. It's called SELF GRATIFICATION to today's atheletes.

We need to fight the good fight and try to water down all the negativity and shitty posting by over saturating the board with support! Lets all just move on and support the players playing against Auburn. The suspended players are paying a price of not playing. Now lets go 8-0 bitches!!!!!!!!!
