According to NCAA in Kentucky eligibility case, rookie mini camp is now disqualifier

According to the lawyers handling many of the cases. This would mean anyone who has tried out for NFL would be ineligible, not just people who signed.

I mean it’s kinda what a lot of us have been arguing this whole time. Signing a piece of paper but never stepping foot on a practice field shouldn’t make you anymore of a pro than actually participating in a mini camp.

Players have to sign multiple "pieces of paper" just to participate in minicamp, making the distinction all the more absurd

That dates back to the 1980s, which tells you the concern on selective enforcement.
The NCAA and SEC can never be trusted with an antitrust exemption. I trust local judges more that those Gestapo bastards. Let chaos reign.
