If it makes you feel any better there is literally no side of this story that will ever make me take the side of that dude. He absolutely sucks and i would buy a ticket to watch him take a foul ball to the face.

He also claimed that the initial reason we got mad was because people kept coming over to take pictures with him. I can honestly say I never saw a single person come over to take a picture when he was sitting in front of us, so this claim is simply not true. You literally knocked some ladies phone out of her hand as she was attempting to take a photo with him.

You were fired up and unhinged and it can be expected that it would be very hard for you to recount the details of the occurrence accurately as you have even said, you were way out of character.

I could sit from my tree top and say you probably should have responded to his outreach of an apology but I don't have your vantage point so it won't be a criticism, only a thought of something I would have definitely considered to deescalate the situation rather than just waiting for it to die.

I've been around annoying fans dozens of times and the only way my day/night would have been ruined would have been because of how I responded to it.

Security should have stepped in and checked his ticket, agreed. If I thought staying there would have ruined my experience and security would not have done their job I probably would have searched for unclaimed seats myself.

Oh, and I would definitely delete this post. I don't think this will end the way you want but thanks for the context.

As a Saints fan, who's had season tickets off-&-on over the past 4 decades, I have developed an intense hatred for attention-whoring Super Fans.

Looks interesting for broadcasts with all these eclectic characters, but if you ever have to sit behind, say, The Whistle Monster (who wears a mammoth view-obstructing whistle as a hat and/or will stand-up & whistle at ear-piercing levels for 75% of the game) it will lead you to murderous thoughts.
