Thanks. Updated. 1990 is the toughest year. 1991 and the other championship years, I was able to pull up the videos of the CWS games and get the starting lineups from the broadcast. So, if I couldn't find anything on the baseball cube (which labels things only by OF), I just went by seniority on the roster listed on lsusports.net

Thanks man. Wouldn’t that be something if you actually know someone on this board but didn’t know that you know them because we all have these screen names?

Derek Helenihi?

I know Hanover played a lot (I thought he played 2B as well), but Helenihi was almost in the every day lineup at the end of the reg season through the championship series.

How did you choose players at positions where multiple players saw a chunk of action?

Thanks for the lists too!

Thanks that was a mistake. I updated it. Sometimes when they split time a lot, I put more than one. I usually put who was there at the end unless they were still rotating, which Derek definitely there at the end.

Here is what I have for Ace(s)/Pitchers; I compiled the top three for each year. I strictly used Innings Pitched which matched up with Games Started for the most part but not 100%. I also had to post in three different posts; otherwise, it was unreadable here.

Two items of note: 1) Doug Thompson would only pitch when it was above 85 degrees lest he get cold 2) For 2022, I put in Sam Dutton over Ty Floyd even though Floyd has more IP at this point.
