Are all OSU fans crybabies?

Asking for a friend.

Lolz

Maybe he shouldn't play QB for a Div 1 football team?

If he's not 100% passing, I say we cut him.

How is it toxic? Just because everyone isn't raimbows and unicorns all the time about the current state of LSU football doesn't make it toxic, it makes it realistic.

I think it's a little too late for that. I have seen countless idiots on this board saying he's going to win 2 Heismans, multiple Natty's, be the first pick in the draft, etc etc. Then when I point out this is not a good thing to put on this kid, I get blasted. Hope al you O pumpers are prepared to be sensible if the kid shows growing pains.

Wow, this place is toxic...

No shite.

The Rant has become a barren wasteland where optimism is met with jeers, derision, and disgust. Our opponents are held up as the models to which we should strive, our athletic department is considered a comedy of errors and incompetent even in their successes, and everybody is a sage badass from the comfort of their anonymous profile.

It’s a miserable fricking place. For what it’s worth, though, I’m on board with your sentiment. And don’t listen to the tools in here or the lazy national narrative—while it isn’t like we’ve had a heisman level QB in recent times, last year Etling achieved the 3rd highest average ypg in LSU history while throwing only 2 INT’s last year, Jordan Jefferson was actually one of our most successful and record-setting QB’s ever, Jamarcus Russell was a hoss in college (regardless of his NFL career), so was Rohan Davey, Matt Mauk and Matt Flynn won NC’s, and we’ve had 7 QB’s drafted in the past 15 years. None were necessarily world-beaters in the NFL, but our QB play has not been nearly as bad as our reputation suggests.

Cheers, though, and enjoy the LSU games.

Hey dummy, by Burrow coming to LSU it basically forced 2 talented QB's already here to leave, so he needs to step up PERIOD!!!!

He is now a Tiger and once he tastes the best fricking atmosphere in sports, he will never again associate with being a Buckeye. He will be baptized in purple and gold and will come to experience and love all things South Louisiana. He will in short time be an adopted son.

Apparently I do after several Woodford Reserves (with one cube of ice) and several handfuls of bar nuts.

The same attitude Buckeye fans take with their POS head coach.

quote:

Its great that Joe Burrow is getting so much support from his new team

Ha! This is how it works in the Rant. Since Burrow has been named starter, Brennan is now the favorite b/c the 2nd string QB is always the favorite of the many idiots who post here.
