Y'all notice that the tigers as an 8th seed was more competitive for Michigan than the 4th seed? Another seemingly injustice in the brackets this year. Finished now.

I mean we lost, FSU had a better season than us and got a better seed. Just because they lost to Michigan worse than us doesn’t automatically mean we deserved a higher seed than they did

Michigan is good. We have a great offense. Much better than FSU. You need a great offense to compete with Michigan. This was a bad matchup for the noles

If LSU was even a 7 seed, they’d be playing this weekend

I mean yeah, we were under-seeded, but this is a dumb justification.

No. The reason LSU deserved a higher seed than FSU is because LSU had a much higher SOS, more Q1 wins and about the same record in road games.

FSU was significantly over-seeded. They probably should have been a 6...at best

We debatably should have been seeded equally or better than FSU because of our resume, not because they lost worse to Michigan. Bottom line is we got hosed in seeding regardless of FSU

There's been a poster on here saying, (actually screaming) this from the moment that 8/9 game popped up on his screen. I can't remember who it was though.

The same bs happened in 2009, and has happened regularly since the 80s.

There are posters who think I'm delusional about this. They couldn't be more wrong.

I bitch about refs, not because I think they are against us, I just think it's hard to hire enough quality ones, so they aren't that good.

Make NO MISTAKE. We have been in the crosshairs for basketball all the way back to the Dale days, and now the pear. Any LSU fan who has paid attention knows this.

And to the "ya gotta beat em eventually crowd". No you don't motherFlucking necessarily have to. When you are seeded higher, there is more of a chance for march madness to happen, then you get oregon st. in the elite 8 instead of a top seed.

Yeah, they’re retarded. Let’s say LSU was put in the Florida spot. They could’ve got by Virginia tech, and I think they would be capable of taking Oral Roberts. That would have set up a sweet 16 trip with Arkansas.

I’m not even going to get in to the scenarios of higher seeds which were also deserved.

LSU wins the whole thing if the refs didn’t screw us against Michigan. I didn’t see Gonzaga as a threat to us in the final four.

Logic is flawed. Even good teams shite the bed from time to time. Complaining about seeding based on 1 game is dumb.

Too many overreactions
That's why the tournament plays out like it does
Impossible to seed it perfect
In one game scenarios anything can happen
Yeah LSU got a tough draw but they had their chance against the 1 seed and couldn't close it out at the end and that was without one of Michigan's best players
The one criticism I have of Wade is that he needs to develop the bench and role players
When you get to tourney time you have to be 8/9 deep to survive

We should have been the 3rd highest seeded SEC school,
5 or 6 at worst. Watching the games over the weekend, we were easily a better team than a majority of them and a better seed would have gotten us possible to the Elite 8 the way we played down the stretch.

You can't just say something this stupid and run off.
Did you notice our defense this season?
Have you watched Gonzaga? They had like 50 points in the paint last game.
If u think Michigan's size gave us trouble, just imagine multiple guys with size like michigan, besides they are much more skilled.

Gonzaga and baylor are monster teams,we couldn't have beat either without the perfect game, especially gonzaga.

The whole seeding of this years tournament was so flawed. Tennessee as a #5 was another joke. Should've done a better job with spreading out teams in the same conference as well throughout the bracket. I've had this talk with some guys already and it just leads to frustration. Shitty year all around

LSU was under seeded, but conference tournaments do not affect seeding as much people think. They screwed themselves with that inexcusable head scratching double digit loss to Georgia in late February. Without that loss they would have been easily out of the dreaded 8/9 seed spot.

With the talent this year’s team had they should have not even been in danger of a seed as low as 8. They put themselves there.
