The cops ignore her, the coach blows her off & she’s concerned if he plays in a football game?
She was clearly on Notre Dame's payroll.

If true, he sounds like another Kellen Winslow II.

I mean I have no idea if the touching himself part is true, but what exactly can be done about a young idiot making a stupid statement like that?
I don't understand what more she wants now. Other than try to make the school look bad for not granting her request. They reached out and offered her an apology and asked her to forgive him. She doesn't have to accept that, but I don't fault them for playing him in what I am assuming was his last game?
Guice is currently paying for his sins.
Exactly, it sounds like she just wants attention and $$$.

Her and every other person with victim mentality in the world today. It’s sad.

Scott confirms it was Coach Ed Orgeron who called her to ask her to forgive Guice. Orgeron told her Guice was "just kidding," Scott says
100% no record of this call exists anywhere.

Doesn’t Guice hold the record for most rushing yards in a game?
He could have been an eight figure guy. I do not understand this behavior whatsoever.
And to a 74-year-old woman? Wow.

“I didn’t ask for him to be removed from the team, i didn’t ask for him to be removed from the school. I just asked for him not to play in that game," Scott says. She tried reporting the incident thru several avenues but didn't get recourse #lalege #lagov
"that game" being a bowl game and the effective last game of his college career, ending his season and career as well as dropping him even further with NFL teams. Just "that game", eh?
Strange how only that specific punishment would satisfy her. Not counseling, a direct apology, anything else.

Seems strange that no one would take her account more seriously.
Seems strange that some of y'all think women are typically believed when nobody else will confirm their story (extremely unlikely Guice's buddies would ever testify against him) and there is no audio or video to back it up.
That's the entire point of the #metoo movement.
None of this may be provable in a courtroom. Doesn't mean it didn't happen.
What's far more problematic is now Coach O needs to address this incident and just what exactly happened. What Guice did exactly isn't as important as how LSU responded once they found out.
Honestly, it's amazing that Verge and Segar get to keep their jobs. If O doesn't turn things around this fall, he'll probably be gone in 2022.

Seems like an odd request. Don’t lock him up or charge him. Just don't let him play

Exactly, but she called the police and even went to internal affairs when they didn't do what she wanted (whatever that was). So did she just not want him to play in that game or wanted charges of some sort? Or both? Her words and actions aren't lining up.

I mean I can see a scenario where he was "kidding". Picking on an old woman in a crass way to be edgy and get a laugh. Thst he can be shitty to the piss ons working his football game because he's the star player. Doesn't make it any better. Either way, he's still an awful person.

How exactly would you propose that Coach O should have punished Guice?
A direct apology and a promise from all involved to never talk about the incident? Forgive, forget and move on?
That appears to be what Coach O wanted.
I predict we will hear nothing from Coach O about this. He gonna defer to LSU and make zero comments. Ditto for Verge and Segar.
