I would be shocked at this rate if games were played in 2020. I hope to God i'm wrong.

if this game happens without fans. I will straight up cry. I’ve been waiting for this a long time. When’s the last time we had a P5 OOC home game? 2012. Against a mediocre Washington. The last legit game was WVU 2010. The last blue blood? I don’t even know.

I don’t know why people can’t understand that this is correct. There won’t be football this fall. And it’s not really even close.

Trust me, I’m upset too. Football in the fall is the best time of the year.

But sorry folks, there’s.no chance of it happening. Better to emotionally prepare for that now.

People like this sound like they don’t want it to happen on time. Not everyone is scared. If they allow 102K in, 102K will be in there like nothing even happened. If you’re scared, stay home in your safe space.

I am hoping for a season in the Spring with this schedule. If no season this year then we will never get to play Texas in Baton Rouge in my lifetime. Sucks.

Most places in the SEC footprint are currently testing the waters. I’ve even seen places allowing outdoor concerts with monitored capacity of course. Football is huge in the USA much more than nba or mlb. By September, they will have tested things out enough and we will have a season. By we I mean SEC football. I can’t say the same for pac12 or even big10 at this point. It might be just SEC ACC BIG12 fighting for the title. Do not worry and let these people freak you out. LSU will face the Longhorns this season. Whether that’s in week two or November. It will not be cancelled.

6 feet apart in an open air stadium with high humidity is stupid. Humidity and UV kills the virus and open ventilation lowers parts per million for transmission. You are much safer outside than indoors based on all the data.

California schools will not open in fall. NCAA says no sports without students in school

Not FULLY re-open...

NCAA will not allow SEC, etc to play without Left coast schools because it's not fair.

the NCAA has no power when it comes to conferences making their schedules and playing their games, they can't do a thing if the SEC, Big 10, Big 12, and the ACC resume playing...if the PAC if forced to sit out because of government that is on them for electing the socialist...

it comes down to individual states, their governors, their board of health's if college season will be played in their states...if the Peoples Democratic Republic of California chooses to sit out that is on them...

and if you don't believe this go read what SEC Commissioner Grey Sankey has to say...
