Played 3 elite defenses. Offense will be okay. We knew it would take time.

Arkansas- W. They just suck.

Have you not seen them play? QB has like 14 touchdowns. They lost last night by 5 points. They will win next week against Memphis and best note dame at home, the following week. We probably lose that one.

We have some miserable people here.

We will beat Ole Miss by 17+.

To think an offense with as much talent can’t improve from week 3 onward is absurd. Especially considering we played 2 best defenses already on our schedule

We thought the first 3 weeks would be definitive for this team and Clemson and Florida look to be two of the easier games in the schedule. Aggy, Vandy, and OU games look MUCH tougher than they did preseason.

Getting to 10-2 is going to be very difficult. I don’t see it happening unless BK overhauls the offense.

Facts are that we played 3 bad teams and we had alot of luck.

A lot of luck?

Our best play of the season was overturned in borderline at best extreme slow motion replay

One of, if not the best, player on the team was disqualified for the game on the third play of the game against an SEC opponent with its back against the wall and we still dominated on that side of the ball.

The interceptions we got last night was called creating your own opportunities.

Not luck.

Aggy hype is based on beating an overrated 0-2 ND team on the road still breaking in a new QB in which they gave up over 40 points.

Explain to me how that’s any better than beating a 1-2 Clemson with essentially everyone returning?

Some of you have yet to realize/accept just how weak our offense actually is. It’s not a slight weakness it’s an achilles heel.

And this is where Sloan should come in.
We actually do well with slants and tight end down the middle, and slip screens.
Also the toss dive seems to be our best running play.
We need to focus on all of that.
I will say that Florida had zero safety help all night. All 11 were bunched up, so Sloan is that ignorant, or we simply 100% can NOT throw a deep ball.

ATM- L. They can compete with us on both sides of the ball. Legit team

Not in Tiger Stadium. Will be a battle but we win.

I think the game at Ole Miss is now the measuring stick.

We lose that one, then we lose 3 of the 4 conference road games. Win that one and we are at worst 10-2 and solidly in the playoff

If you think getting 2 tds against clemson after being shutout in first half and still winning isnt luck or scoring 1 td against Florida after being shutout yet again but in the 2nd half and still winning is stout wins, your crazy. Yeah we had good points but those two games resulted in luck in many situations. Lagway is not a good qb like the media made him be. Clemson qb missed seeing so many streaking recievers it was horrible. Yeah 7 was running at him but he could steal throw it if read properly.

Dude these 2 teams are not even above average teams. Clemson almost lost to Troy to be 0-3. Florida lost to south Florida.

Slu win
Ole miss, yeah they got a weak defense, we score some pts hopefully.

If the offense plays like it has thru 3 games against these teams, we will not win.

We can beat Ole miss, w Kentucky, Arkie and Carolina possibly playing like a broken team with no offense but if we come out with 1 td or maybe 2 against these teams, we lose hands down.

ATm
Vandy
Bama
Oklahoma

Will be loses unless some "changes" in the qb play for the better. Defense wins championships with a "timely offense". Our offense ain't timely. Not yet.

Whose to say our d may have a couple hiccups and need the offense for a change and they wont be there.

Say what you want but beating Clemson and Florida where we scored 1 td and 2d's in each game is a big case for getting lucky. Lets not forget Florida going up 10-0 bit a holding call. Smh

People will hate on you but that is likely what you are getting at 9-3 or 8-4.

We will not have the luxury of playing as awful of offenses as we have in the opening three games.

Florida is an utter disaster offensively and Clemson has been mediocre to bad against everyone so far.

This is a great defense, but they are not keeping this team in games against legitimate offenses without a decent offense. There is literally nothing positive to take away from the progression of the offense these past three weeks. They are actually regressing.

No I haven't. We are talking about offense. Not defense.

But since you said defense, all lsu needs is for the offense to be a little bit better(score 21 offensive pts a game and maybe more sometimes) and consistent each game and stay out of the dam way while we win on Defense.

Vanderbilt is NOT a home game. Chalk it up as another road loss.

You said that us scoring only a few offensive touchdowns and still winning is luck.

It’s not.

It’s called getting stops.

Okay. Cool.

Again we talking offense. But whatever you say dude. We are top shelf bro. Well made arguments.

I can sit here and say your making assessment about the defense against 3 shite teams but we all see a difference in the d regardless. Bottom line is we got lucky against not so good teams. This wont happen going forward unless the offense starts putting up more points.
