Met would complete a lot more if the left side of the o-line stopped trying to get him killed.

You have expressed the heart felt sentiments of Tiger fans everywhere.

Armand Williams was originally an Arky commit. I suspect that had he went there (and assuming BP was still HC and Wilson was healthy), he would be playing regularly and have better #'s than any receiver we have yet with all the drops he can't find the field.

It's all so bewildering.

We have good receivers but no one that scares teams. We need some faster bigger receivers. No more 6' receivers. I would call them possession receivers but they don't catch the ball.

It is not like we are starting with crappy players, they are 4 star receivers that caught the ball very well in HS and ran great routes, hence the 4 stars. How do we screw that up, is our WR coaching so piss poor we make NO progress or get worse with teaching.

IMO the dropped passes are completely on the players. They have had so many just go straight through their damn hands.

Also Mett needs to continue to improve, but the guy is playing well. The WRs and OL have just played like garbage and it is on them to execute the on the field.

Sit their asses. Put Wright, Williams, Turner, Fobbs, and/or Magee in the game. They can't be any worse and competition is always a good thing.

So basically 20% of catchable passes are dropped. Seems even higher.

Magee in the game

This is one thing that makes me scratch my head.

He got such high praise after camp and he's yet to really see the field.

The only time I remember seeing him even on the field was this past game with that jump pass thing.

That's not an execution problem....that's a CLM scheme problem

The timing of some of those drops make it seem worse. Sometimes the receiver has to bail out the quarterback, and that just hasn't happened much this year.

That pass to Beckham on the sideline against Florida stands out. Would have been a hell of a catch,no doubt, but sometimes you just have to make it.

No kidding. The head coach at LSU shouldn't have to address who and why he starts to a bunch of fickle self entitled fricks.

Oh, you meant the receivers sucking and being the best we have.

In the defense of the Receivers, Mett doesn't exactly put it between the numbers neither... He throws them behind, low and really high up a lot of times.

mett definately seems to be improving each week which would be reassuring if the ol and wr did not appear to be regressing. Throw to different guys till one steps up and decideds to make plays

If the 2s can run the routes, I gotta agree. Maybe you find a guy not bothered by the pressure, which is what I think it is. These guys were the best football catchers in the state and didn't just forget how to be a WR.

Some passes have been questionable, so I take the qty 23 with a grain of salt also.
