Correct, and he and Milazzo weren't good enough this year anyway. I hope Milazzo improves, but I don't think you can chance that if Moller and Jensen are unlikely to make it to campus. If Milazzo could just get over .200 and slug a little bit, I'm fine with him in this lineup.

If we had to roll in '22 with:
IF - Morgan, Arnold, Thompson, and Doughty
OF - Crews, Dugas, DiGiacomo
C - Milazzo
DH - Beloso/Drost
I would be ok with that.
Beloso hit .279 in '19 and over .300 in the short '20 season. No idea why he fell off the planet in '21 but I would expect him to bat around .300 with some power.
IMO, the problem in '21 wasn't raw talent, it was CPM never figured his lineup out - even to the end of the season. We never got any benefit from lineup synergy/team chemistry. Just the opposite.
And yes, it was compounded by Gio's injuries and Beloso's decline.

We need arms and are very much aware that our lineup of hitters can win games. Milazzo must improve.

Morgan off the roster in Harwich. Not sure why just yet.

He hasn’t been activated yet. Hard to be off a roster when you haven’t yet been on it.

Wouldn’t surprise me if he got a collegiate national team invite.

Hopefully that’s it. Released sounds pretty permanent and my mind freaks out and goes straight to TJ or something serious. I’ve asked in my small circle but don’t know yet.

Pearson is lighting it up so far

According to the radio interview with Crews and Holt the other day, Milazzo is expected to be going to the Florida league soon.

I really want Pearson in this class.

Why would Morgan transfer? I don’t see that happening ? And what do you mean reminds you of TJ?

He's off the Cape Cod roster, not LSUs.
TJ - tommy john surgery... ie, getting released from a Cape roster is either really good or really bad. I hadn't thought about the collegiate national team so my mind went straight to a season ending injury.

That’s a shitty rumor to start, hoss

You're talking to a guy that said Hellmers should start at first base the entire season.

No he's talking to a guy who said it at the beginning of the season when CPP felt he saw enough to give him infield time and I know he's a 1B, not a 3B.
But create your own narrative. You're good at it.

I thought u meant TJ Finley smh. Tommy Johns never crossed my mind. It’s extremely rare for that to happen to a position player much less a first baseman Travinski was an anomaly. Yes I agree don’t start shite like that lol
