If you are referring to the same audio I heard from Hunt then I didn't exactly see it that way.
It sounded like he was being broad when he said the portal would be good to teams like LSU. It did not sound like he had info that any particular players were coming or about to commit to LSU. That was how I perceived it. I could be wrong.

This was posted on the recruiting thread the day before this thread was posted. It's possible the OP listened to the same show.
"coming days" could be taking many ways. Of course the OP did say two commits, so maybe I'm off. If the OP has a source, he can always come on here and set the record straight.

Thanks. I never heard the coming days part. Maybe it was a different day from what I heard. Either way, that is actually encouraging. I keep refreshing these threads hoping we get a new portal commit.

Hey, that was me who posted about Hunt and Hill. Went back and found the exact clip; it's June 13 around the 11:30 mark, and I misremembered it a little. He said coming weeks and not coming days. Completely my bad, but the point remains, commits will be coming here shortly.

I don't think you will get any names. Project does an awesome job of following what these guys do on twitter to get an idea of who is following our coaches and who our coaches are following. Project drops some names on his recruiting thread.
I guess you can take it as we have silent commits and the coaches feel good about the quality of those players. I don't think it is as indecisive as football but with NIL in play it still makes you nervous until they fully commit.
I hate being patient, but if we get our players I can live with waiting.

I went through the recruiting thread and wrote down some names Project listed that seem to have a connection to LSU. So you can thank Project for the solid work.
Pitchers: Max Debiec Washington (big time HS that had TJ), Thatcher Hurd UCLA (Big time pitcher that has a back injury), Janzen Kiesel BYU (Big arm), Jace Keminska Wichita St, Sean Sullivan Northwestern, Trevor Moeck San Diego St, Owen Stevenson San Francisco, Zach Devito Tulane, Matt Keating USC
Infielders: Jack Pineda Baylor, Zane Denton Alabama, Josh Day Missouri.
Outfielders: These guys are seniors and would not count against the 35 man roster, Chenar Brown Jackson St, Bill Knight Mercer
He also mentioned a Groff and McKinney but I didn't pick up the position or school.

Josh Day, SS from Missouri, impressed me during our series with them this year. Smooth fielder with a decent bat and good speed.

I still don't see that Josh Day has ever been reported in the portal nor does he have any type of twitter connection. I think the Day thing was created from a post on the recruiting thread of speculation that a SEC SS might be hitting the portal. Not saying he won't end up in the portal, just saying I don't think they have any true connection with him yet. Plus, he will likely get drafted.

Ethan Groff is an OF from Tulane.
Carson McKinney is a RHP from Texas.

Nap has also mentioned Carter from Vandy, it’s possible we may have misunderstood his initial hint several weeks ago and assumed it was Day.

If I remember right, the hint was directed toward Project saying it was a guy close to where he lived. Which would be around St Louis.
