I've always supported my Tigers through it all!

I grew up old school listening to LSU football on the tail gate of my dads old ford and my uncles house. I listened to it the night we beat Florida and in the late 80's when we beat Auburn on the last second pass. Started going to games as a teenager bc that's when we could afford to go. I was there for the beat down Florida gave us and then Virgina Tech.

I played against Cecile Collins when he was a Wampus Cat and watched Kevin Faulk at Carencro. I watch Coach Nick Saban at Michigan State and recognized then how good his defense's were. I supported him coming over to LSU when many didn't know who the hell he was. I watched and went to many of the Saban years games.

I never did really like Les Miles as a HC at LSU but he won games even though I thought we were capable of much more. I supported him even though I thought differently bc he was our HC. I was on board with firing him and wanted a proven HC. I didn't want to pay Jimbo crazy money to come and liked that we were looking at Herman. Was excited the night they announced that he was coming.

When that didn't happen we feel back on Orgeron. I didn't agree but was going to give him a chance. I didn't think he was the same coach he was at OM. I saw some good things and some mistakes last year but I supported my team. I will always support them bc even in the not so good days, I still had a blast pulling for my Tigers and the upset. Some fans are just different I guess.

Of course I want to win and will be vocal when the time comes but as of now I don't see and haven't seen anything wrong with how things are being done. If you know anything about football you would know why we lost to State so badly and then Troy. It had zero to do with our HCs ability to coach.

More like 50's and 60's.

A lot of people don't know this, but 8:00 used to be the standard starting time for home games, way before television stuck their nose in everything and way before 4 hour games were a thing.

The 8:00 start was so that the "plant worker baws", as the Rant likes to call them, could get off work and have time to go see the Tigers.

Games rarely lasted much past 2 hours, so everyone got home at a decent hour.

1st Sellout since 2016

Les Miles really knew how to make LSU football boring. So very happy that he finally got fired.

It's the first sell out since Ed was hired. Has nothing to do with Les.

And were 9-1 since the loss. Troy was a wake up call for a lot of young players. Imo we have the best group of leader on this team n years. I so want to see UGA come to TS with LSU 6-0! Man will it be rocking if it happens. And I’d expect game day to be there

Good luck. It's gonna be wild.

It will also be my wife's first night game in Tiger Stadium. Unfortunately for her I knocked her up 3 months ago so no partying. lol

On the bright side me and my brother have a designated driver.

Nice! I want to teach him to say GTHOM but the Frau isn’t having it. Plus the day care he goes to is Baptist, so it probably isn’t worth having to explain to them why he’s saying that

Man stop bitching. The OP was making a good observation.

I'm not bitching or complaining. He said he was surprised that we hadn't had a sellout and I asked him why he was surprised. In context it makes sense. People were out for blood after those two games last year.

A photo of the stands in the 3rd quarter is our benchmark of a true sell out.

It is hard to find a stupider football poster than this guy.

He can't even figure out timelines of games. Has no idea that the last sell out had nothing to do with Miles and all on orgeron.

How stupid can one be?

I guess I can't expect too much, that same poster spells Thread "Thray" and thinks he's cool because he hard legs OT lunch threads.

Yet you don’t come after posters that cut O down but if anyone says something negative about Miles you go bat shite .
