@LSUfootball has 15,000 new season ticket requests since @Lane_Kiffin was announced as the new head coach, more than half of which coming within the first 24 hours per @zach_greenwell. Corporate sponsorship and donations are likewise heading in a very positive direction. #LSU

To all the trolls, anti LSU posters and SEC opponent’s fans….. GFY!

Geaux Tigers!

honestly, that's why that was all done, more about keeping the brand/image up than winning a nc every year

You are getting downvoted but are correct

Kelly was fired not just for wins and loses but more importantly because it was gonna start costing more in lost revenue to keep him particularly when rich boosters pay the buyout anyway

I had the opportunity to upgrade my seats to move away from some distant cousins who sit behind me and get the cops called on them at least one game every season. With this much demand I'll be stuck with them forever.

P.S. One is a doctor and the other is an engineer and they are both in their 70s. Only at LSU.

I predicted Kiffin will pay for himself. That Clemson game is going to be unreal with excitement.

Based on LSU's existing 71,000 season ticket holders, will the school allow 86,000 season ticket holders? LSU places a cap on the number allowed to be sold to allow for more individual game tickets

Just gonna have to enclose the North Endzone

Anyone know if I will be guaranteed to have a chance to renew the tickets I had this year?

Yep…they are yours until you say that you don’t want them any more. Be sure your e-mail address is updated on your account, because that is how they communicate with you.

Truth. The worst part of Kelly wasn't even his record. We kept coaches around with bad seasons for longer. It was how miserable LSU games had become. Everyone frickin hated BK. We lost national interest and even our own fans had a hard time rooting for him

All of them….though I doubt it is true because we have not been notified it is time to renew yet.

There’s also season ticket holders that sell on seat geek or other means that open up for non-season ticket holders.

I think 75K is around the max for season tickets. There are about 14000 student tickets, and 7000 visitor seats which are not counted.

That sounds great, but how many new season ticket requests do we get each year?

Fake news.

Like all of the “sellouts”, tickets together only available through SeatGeek.

Fake.

I was considering giving up my tickets but after Kiffin was hired any thoughts of doing that went away.

This is exactly why the buyout ultimately is just a line item. If the team actually plays to the level we hope they will, the dollars coming in will more than make up the ~$52M owed over the next 6 years.
