re: 12-0 still seems surreal. How many truly thought this team would accomplish such a feat?

There were definitely people on here predicting 12-0. It isn't that impossible to think some people had it happening

I placed a max limit bet on LSU over 9 wins at a sportsbook.

same. I was more on the elite defense and average offense game plan though.

I thought 11-2. Didn't think we had the talent yet to match up with Bama and that we would probably get tripped up in one other game with the schedule we had.
But I did know the offense was going to be really good this year just based off of who all we had returning (pretty much everyone) and how well the passing game was starting to click towards the end of the season and the willingness to start opening it up. Didn't see the offense being this dominant though.

It was my pre-season prediction on Dandy Don's site but just wishful thinking at that point.

Nobody did. We all shrugged off Burrow saying we won't know what to think about LSU scoring 40-50 points a game.

Same here. I thought we would be better but I didn't expect a quantum leap.

I have been watching LSU football for a very long time and this has been the most enjoyable season ever for me. I am surprised bc I have always been able to that Joe Burrow had the “It Factor”. It’s unbelievable at time but it’s REAL. Go Tigers

Same here Roger. Obviously I didn't know the offense would be THIS GOOD, but then I thought our D would be in the 2011 category. I had 11-1.

Same. I thought 2011 was incredible too, based off of the defense and special teams. It is more enjoyable now though due to this #9 vs the #9 that took over late in that season.

Sammy there were very few of us who wholeheartedly believed in O. Thanks for being one of those there with me.

Does it pay out yet, or at end of the season?

Was confident in a 10-2 season. With a little luck 11-1.

The Texas game has been a fairly accurate referendum on the whole season (offensive execution, defensive question marks). But that game clearly demonstrated that the offense was next level, after we got field position and the passing game found its rhythm in the second quarter. At that point I felt all this was possible.
