Put your shirt on the inning before brown’s pinch hit.

We’re gonna ride all weekend.

Just washed it and folded it for a mid-day round at Lafitte’s.

And Baton Rouge predicted high is 94

Next week they project Conway to get to 100. Have some of you been to south carolina? This place is literally a swamp too. There is a coast, but 25-30 miles on doesn’t matter. By some people’s logic New Orleans isn’t that hot because it is right by the Gulf

The supers in Baton Rouge two weekends ago made men out of boys. I’m still scrubbing the stench of sweat from my sweat soaked clothes.

WVU couldn’t handle it. Mikelbr showed them baws how it’s done. He caught shite for being sweaty, but he caught the ball.

I attended last years CWS between Aggies and Vols. It was hot sitting in the outfield for that final game!!!

It might be a big advantage if we were playing Maine or Oregon.

I’m just saying, as someone who’s played sports in 108° direct sunlight in the past year, it’s going to affect everyone on the field.

live in Charleston and spent last weekend in Myrtle Beach. Conway is more inland than you think and doesn’t have the same breeze. Is it as hot as Baton Rouge? No, but you’re talking 95° in BR to 91° here. It is still hot AF

Re-reading the post he said similar, not the same so I stand corrected and agree

It does get hot all over the south, but I swear the humidity in south LA is different.

The Gulf has significantly warmer water than the Atlantic, so no New Orleans gets hot as shite.

Hottest baseball game I ever attended was in Omaha, June 2009. Brutal.

South Carolina native here...I can assure you that 108 is nothing new for Coastal. It is not at hot in SC as LA....but it's pretty darn close. I've lived in both states and LA gets a slight advantage, but Coastal knows heat and humidity...I assure you!

Any chance Sunday's game is moved to later in the day? Sitting through that game won't be enjoyable for anyone

Is it just because they are trying to shoehorn ABC in the mix?

Yep and they don't want it going up against the NBA finals. Hence, why it's not in primetime on ESPN or something.
