Anything is possible. But Wade not having a well-conceived plan on how to go about building his roster and operating his program would be very out of character. Plus, I doubt he suddenly does these interviews after several weeks of nothing if he doesn't have some degree of confidence as to where things stand. Particularly with a well respected national guy like Rothstein.

But, I guess this is kind of the norm. The contrarians so desperately want to be right ("Wade will never coach at LSU again!" "LSU hasn't even fired McMahon, Wade's not coming!") that they will hang on to any shred of "evidence" they hope will prove them right at some point.

Wierd who you consider contrarians. Many normal fans would have considered the chance he would return zero. Which made the others contrarians.

Until we have a full roster, we dont. That simple.

He is a full time melt. For no reason. No ine gaff what anyone in here says. But he thinks differently, I guess

I dont know much about basketball but can it be said that lsu is/was in such a hole that it would have been hard for Wade to get the program turned around the state that basketball was in and the fact that it had no players? Can it be said that in order for his program to jump start and generate interest as the 26/27 season goes as far as recruiting is concerned, LSU basketball finding a way to win "right now" to restart lsu basketball? They always say that when you win, this heals everything. This is my opinion of why he is going overseas for players who can jump in and help him build lsu back "right now" so any kid who considers lsu knows they can win and not what has gone in the last few years. I mean i read somewhere when he was here for what 5 seasons he was what, like 105-50, went to the tourney 3 times , won the sec once? I had no idea a basketball coach could do something like this for college athletics(going overseas to their pro leagues and recruit their players). In the beginning I was like why 1 player, now I see what and why.
