This statement kind of lays bare that your position is not stated from a neutral POV (as you suggest), but rather from a biased POV that Wade taking this approach was out of necessity, not purposeful as part of a well thought out plan.
Maybe you are correct. However, Wade not having a well thought out plan would be contrary to his general MO throughout the entirety of his 12 year HC career.
