How many people have been struck by lightning at SEC games and died in the last 100 years? Without researching the question I would speculate that the answer is none. Don't be such a pussy.
GD lawyers and in the interest of “safety”

Uh, yes, I'm more familiar with lawyers than most posters on this site. Don't blame this on lawyers. There are no objective facts that would support that sitting outside in the rain in Baton Rouge in these conditions is dangerous. None.

lol. There was with some legit lightning in the area.
Now, Im unconcerned.
Looking at the Hammond radar, looks like liquid water dominating the clouds above BR. Need ice for good lightning.
Sun going down, convection wanes. I betcha the current kickoff holds

The ones ignoring the warning to seek shelter that they announce and post on all the scoreboards?

They would have played this game on time 30 years ago.
Cool. It’s not 30 years ago.

We are just waiting for Sankey to finish reading the 5 for 5 rules. Then we can kickoff.

It's not them it's the attorneys dude. The attorneys run everything. And they mostly ruin things too.
