Uh, yes, I'm more familiar with lawyers than most posters on this site. Don't blame this on lawyers. There are no objective facts that would support that sitting outside in the rain in Baton Rouge in these conditions is dangerous. None.

lol. There was with some legit lightning in the area.

Now, Im unconcerned.

Looking at the Hammond radar, looks like liquid water dominating the clouds above BR. Need ice for good lightning.

Sun going down, convection wanes. I betcha the current kickoff holds
