LSU can’t do parking or restrooms.
Let’s make restroom entry and exit the same door because that makes as much sense as our ridiculously overpriced parking.

They need to provide a public training announcement and advertise the basics: 1. After game, never drive toward the stadium. 2. When leaving game, do not stop and talk to people or ask for directions. 3. Do not order pizza delivery knowing the driver will be driving into traffic.

Walked out the stadium at 12:02, after the team left the field. Already to downtown New Orleans, including a stop at gas station. Fans don’t park where it makes with contra flow to get home.

Was smooth for me. 13 minutes from campus to home. It’s probably 10 minutes on a non gameday.

Exactly, we had tickets from the 70s to 2022 covid and I never worried about traffic leaving the game. Cause I never parked on the west side of campus.

Usually if you are in the left lane you get caught and have to go that way. Tonight was different. I was in right lane expecting to papa pastime and take a left then right onto interstate ramp. That did not happen and I had to drive past Florida to take some Waze backroad bullshite at Choctaw to make my way back to I 10

I left with 11 min left in 4Q. Took river road to LA30. Got home to NOLA 250am.

I had what has to be one of the greatest exits in Tiger Stadium history. I was there with four 12 year olds, at the Auburn game when Les called a pass which scored a TD at the last second.
We were at the very top row of the West upper deck. When Byrd caught the pass the stadium of course went wild. I looked for flags, didn’t see any, and told the boys, “We have to go NOW.”
We hauled arse down the stairs, through the vomitorium (looked that up), down the ramps and onto Nicholson heading north just as the crowd was surging out behind us. We were parked on Nocholson about eight blocks north. We ran there, jumped in the car and were on the interstate before the traffic. We got to NOLA about an hour later, with zero delays, and listening to the post game.
Man, that was fun. Those kids were so excited and it was contageous.

Impossible, too many factors.
The biggest issue is campus locked by the river, so that limits exit points. Then you have lets just say half of the crowd trying to go west and over the new bridge and that is a choke point. On top of that some people want to tailgate on the south side of campus and then go west to the Lafayette area. Some may want to tailgate / park on the north side and then go home south east to New Orleans. Blocked streets after games keeps that from happening. The infrastructure just wasn't designed for 100,000 plus seat stadium and the none ticket tailgaters. I learned a long time ago not to fight it. I take my time getting back to the tailgate. Relax listen to the post game finish picking up. When Hanigriff comes on the air a hours and half after the game I head out. Streets are pretty much all open by then.
