OK, now that the game is out-of-the-way, let’s get back to important shite: lawsuit

If LSU bends even the slightest of knee and allows any type of sanction, no matter how small, even like a one game suspension for Kiffin at McNeese or something, I’m going to lose my shite.

It’s not a troll.
You don’t realize that the SEC is absolutely pushing for some kind of punishment for LSU, even though LSU did absolutely nothing, zero, not a wrong.
SEC is trying to say face and LSU better not cave even the slightest bit to it.

At this point I’m pissed that the state/AG hasn’t filed a counter suit against the SEC.
They are intentionally damaging LSU’s brand and somebody needs to slap that little bitch Stanley down a notch. He thinks he’s untouchable and can whatever the frick he wants. Drag a few of the other university presidents along in the counter suit too.

But essentially, our AG was going to file a motion to dismiss on Monday, but in good faith waited while LSU and SEC talked
It was during this that, according to Moscona on that episode, that the SEC/SEC presidents tried to get LSU to suspend Lane Kiffin
MY assumption is that this would be a "self-imposed" or LSU driven suspension pertaining to his out of context comment from week 1
If they had any legit reason to suspend Kiffin, why would they ask LSU to do it?
Liz Murriel then filed the motion to dismiss on Friday because she had to
SEC was likely hoping to drag out talks, get LSU to agree to some minor bullshite, and then voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit (without prejudice so the lawsuit is still an option later)
But because Liz filed the motion, in her capacity to protect the state and it's actors/entities, the lawsuit will now be dismissed with prejudice and the door, and egg, is permanently shut on SEC's face
Hence their bullshite "disappointed" comment

Like the poster above said, go watch Moscone’s video on it. There’s a lot going on behind the scenes trying to pressure LSU into some sort of conciliatory position when LSU did absolutely nothing out of bounds.
