It’s a long fricking season. Relax
Let’s see what happens next week
If Marcel fricking Reed clowns Blake Baker AGAIN, then you are right. It will be a LONG season.
On the other hand, if we make Reed look like the awful QB he really is, then I agree we will be OK.

If Green is back we will be ok, if not we don’t sniff the playoffs

O line was opening big holes in second half
We ran the ball on them all night.
It kept us in the game

Reed’s career totals against LSU are 442 total yards and 7 touchdowns in two games, including 170 rushing yards and 5 rushing TDs.

We’re playing 5-6 teams as good as ole Miss and they clearly outplayed us.
Put the bottle down
This is not true
We were beaten because of self invoiced wounds and an elite opposing qb
And still had a chance to take it to OT if not for a penalty
Relax

Yes Leavitt has flaws
Dismissing this is kind of wild. The most important position on the field and the guy can't hit wide open receivers that are only 5-10 yards down field. That's a huge issue.
Not even sure what to say about Baker and the de. That was terrible. I'll have to go back and check out the condensed game, but it seemed like they finally found something that worked and then went away from it and they started moving the ball at will again.
Ignoring the flaws won't make them go away.

Do you think chambliss’ running was impactful tonight?
The numbers dont always tell the story...he scored the go-ahead TD on a QB run. Constantly kept plays alive with his feet breaking the pocket, and making throws on the run.

Yep, pass protection was issue in the first half and I was on the wth did we pay for wagon in the first half.
They put it together though.
The question on this team achieving it’s goals is leavitt.
The defense had it struggles but they righted the ship

Not sure how directly pointing it out is dismissing it.

First half was terrible. Second half was not. When facing an elite qb, you have to accept that they are going to break through at some point, and you have to respond. We came close.

If you're gonna lose . . .
Lose early
Lose on the road
Lose to a good team
Lose by a score
Lot of ball to be played.
Will be really important to rebound next week.

I am proud of the way the team fought back after being down 17-0!

Leavitt absolutely has to be better at getting through his reads under pressure.
In the SEC you are going to get hit playing qb. Period.

Leavitt obviously isn’t afraid to get hit. He runs the ball like a running back.
He just doesn’t even settle in the pocket. It’s 1 read and bail.

The moment he feels an inkling of pressure he jumps to his athleticism
Works lotta times! Other times, quite frustrating to watch.
