There has been almost zero misdirection.

Even look at a team like georgia and Mike Bobo. He always has the defense on their heels and guessing.

Yes georgia has a better o line and running game.

Lsu needs to run the ball. That sets everything up. Weis goes away from the run.

Kiffin needs to do something different with the offense. I feel like he is leaving it all on weis.

It must be the water in Baton Rouge. Every coach comes here and forgets how to run misdirection and create offense. It’s like they become vanilla when they get off the plane. I’ve been hearing this for 20 years.

LSU can’t run the ball effectively with that offensive line.

LSU put 450+ yards against a good defense.

There was nothing to be schemed up tonight, for the most part.

They got consistent pressure with 4 and dropped 8. That’s a defensive coordinators wet dream.

LSU has a top 10 offense in the country. The issue is finishing drives, which has always been an issue for Weis.

Our OL once again looks like they are on roller skates rolling backwards. Weak in the trenches, it’s getting tiresome.

Seriously. It’s not like we were outclassed and no way in hell should the final score have been a blowout. But we’re fricking cursed against bama.

Things get tighter in the redzone, you need to be able to run when they expect you to.

Green isn't the cheat code people thought he was. He gets chopped down due to his height, and then loses effectiveness for awhile afterwards.

We got blown out because Lane chose to try to stay in true contention in the game. Had to match scores, and his offense had moved the ball to that point.

Bama beats a lot of people late in the game, games we thought were close. Lane knew that, and gambled.

I prefer that to playing field position in the 4th quarter when you're down, and "losing respectably"

Then go for the 4th and 1 not 10!

First half 4th and 1? Close game.

4th and 10 in the 4th, the game was getting away from us.

It's not ideal, never said it was. But that's what the moment was.

No, the one at the end after they got stuffed on the direct snap.

Which they should have checked out of based on the the defense

You would think we would utilize our 6’7” freak athlete tight end at least once in the red zone

Everyone in the SEC runs the exact same offensive personnel, there is no misdirection. It’s just hoping to be cute enough on a few plays

Unironically we’d be better off zagging to Les miles bully ball because no one is built for it

The first team that gets back under center, with a fullback and 2 TEs, is going to run for 300+ a game for a few seasons.
