The defense got up 6 points in the second half. The 2pt play was awful but the offense has to salt the game away. They had 2 opportunities to do so because the defense stepped up but we didn’t.

I agree but we are so quick to just say the defense was terrible when that’s not the truth or what happened. They gave up 14 in the first half and 6 in the second. First run in first half was killer. Better against the run in second half. They need to be better but the offense should ended the game twice and instead gave the ball to Kentucky inside the 20 and the D held serve only for the offense to not ice the game again.
