The trash Huskers in Lincoln stay the whole time. Is it the horrible traffic in BR that makes people want to leave early? I wouldn’t blame them if that was the case

Yep. I left after the 3rd quarter score. I’m home and happy with my wife and kids. And I dropped off a fried at his house.

Our fans have gotten lazy, fat, and entitled since the 1990s and 2000s.
Ive attended a hundred or more LSU games and I've never left early. Not really that hard.

It takes longer to exit the campus here than anywhere I have attended a game and I have seen LSU play in all 4 time zones since 1960. This has been true since TS went to 92K capacity and now even worse at 102K capacity. It's the single reason we sell our season tickets to others since 2024.
Traffic is not the only reason some folks leave early, but it is a major one.
I noticed tonight that most were still in their seats halfway through the 3rdQ.

The traffic around the stadium can take over two hours to get out of the neighborhood of the stadium. It is horrible. However, I stay until the Alma Mater.

We stay until the band leaves. Sometimes we hang out at the car for a bit, have a drink, snack, and listen to the post-game show. We stay with my family when we're in town. They live in Hundred Oaks, so we're usually home in less than 45 minutes.
I get it that traffic is a pain, but since I can only make 2-3 games/season, it's an inconvenience I can bear. People who say that LSU has the worst post-game traffic have obviously never been to some other SEC schools.
