That slide didn't cost LSU the game, the conservative playcalling cost LSU the game. Frank and Co coached not to lose this game, that had me more pissed than MVB's slide.....

As I racked my brain, the only explanations that make sense to me, is that he thought it was second down, or that he was at the line to gain. Neither point reflects well on MVB.

No you aren’t! My son and I are still very salty about that. It’s the last game of the season (regular). You have a chance to beat the no. 8 team in the country, at their place. And… you slide like that? Does anyone actually think that Burrow or Daniels slides there?!
