I think Reid will be a better pro than Watford, but Watford will be a more reliable college player than Reid has been this year.

This is true.

I had heard Duke was coming after him harder of late.

Not ideal to go head to head with that program, but he would be an awesome pull.

Wish he came back and they coach him up-He is not NBA ready!

I love the perpetual fallacy that kids can get "coached up" better in college than the pros.

If you're going to get drafted in the 1st round, you should go pro in basketball probably.

His potential at his size and skillset is off the charts. NBA teams will lust after him.

I think good college coaches are far better than the guys in the G league. And if a guy is in that spot between the G League and being a contributor (I.e the 11th man on a team), the good NBA coaches won’t have time to focus on him much unless they are tanking.

Definitely will be some negative recruiting from other programs. You can bank on that.

Today's news just shows Wade is willing to go the extra mile to get them on campus.

All Duke is going to say is "we can get you more, but we can also promise we won't get investigated."

But Naz is no longer projected first round and he shouldn't be. Needs to develop foot skills to use his size to an advantage. Is second round in the NBA guaranteed money now?

He could learn from P.J. Washington at Kentucky the value of coming back for one's sophomore year.

That's right. Duke is one of the untouchables. You can pretty much come up with a few others.

Our BB recruiting is dead for now with the Wade saga and the potential to get put on probation and Wade looking like he is gone.
