Memphis seems to be the only other team going after him hard. Apparently he and another recruit named Lester Quinones (4-star SG) are sort of looking like a package deal. They're being recruited to LSU by Javonte Smart and Emmitt Williams. Lester's crystal ball is 100% LSU.

I attended the AL 7A championship game last night. Watfords Mountainbrok team won easily. He played very well but did not hit 3 pointers as he normally does but did end up as MVP just he did last year. I’ve watched him play for 4 years and I am hopeful he commits to the good guys.

I like our chances, but Duke has shown up and apparently is making some waves!

If we finish this class with Sy, Watford, and Quinones that will be impressive. Not to mention our 2 redshirts, plus 2 other recruits coming in. We should return the bulk of our team. Naz and Williams are gone. I think Tremont is about 50/50. 2020 class we are looking good for Greg Brown and Dante right now. WW turning LSU into a big program.

I have heard that its more than likely Dante will reclass. I like Sy but Dante would be huge for us.

Where have you heard Emmitt won't come back next year?? I can't imagine he would be drafted. He only plays 12-15 min a game for us.

Unfortunately, I agree. He's been too solid for us the past couple years.

That being said, I think Javonte Smart will fill his shoes nicely. The future is bright!

Naz Reid is a handicap compared to what he should be at that size. Wish he came back and they coach him up-He is not NBA ready!! But I think another big man can come in and be much smoother and better inside player. I say it a lot- he has no clue how to use his pivot foot, cannot dribble, clumsy, ball gets knocked out his hands all the time when he tries to go to the rim, takes mostly bad shots near the goal, cannot attack from inside and has no smooth moves, he walks a lot, fouls foolishly, etc...
