So our team will finally be forced to have a good pass game next year. We might finally see more pass plays than run plays... You're bummed out about this?

What about Ducre? Seems like he had great speed and power in high school. Should be competing for a starting spot by now.

THIS! We have been shallow on O and D lines for a while now. It won't take near the talent to get through with a wall of big boys in front. And depth.. so thankful for this depth we will have.

When you get 19 carries your junior year, you're probably coming off the bench your senior year. If he was capable of proving anything, it would have happened by now even with the talent he played behind.

I think he didn't play much because he is fumble prone. If he can fix that, he might be a good back.

He is at fullback. What kind of speed does he have?

Thanks I hope we will be ok. I don’t believe RB is an overrated position though. Auburn would be SEC champs if Rb was an overrated position this year.

So in your opinion, Auburn would have gone from losing by 3 TD’s 28-7 to UGA to winning the game if Kerryon Johnson would have been healthy?

Right on.

Why give opinions about anything on here? Coaching staff knows better than anyone.

Chicken, you had a good run. Time to shut er down. At least we'll get rid of the Poli board in the process. They don't know anything either, better to leave the politics to the politicians.

Curry was very coveted and is an elite back. CEH is for real. Tae Provens is underrated. AU wanted him badly and they don’t miss on RBs. Brosette has ability but needs to prove he can be a Sec back. I think CEH is gonna break out tbh.

Just saw Curry's highlights. Dudes just be bouncing off him. Can't wait to see him develop, could be special.

I can see why you feel there should be a little bit of desperation for a good RB. I mean, having LF7 and Guice for 3 season's has given some folks a false sense of what you must have at the RB position. You don't need a All- American rb to win a NC. Just need a good solid back who can red blocks and catch out the backfield and block. Not going to find a back out there coming out of hS who can replace Guice. But having a veteran back with good skills and is a solid player will be plenty good enough to win championships. There's been a few good backs at LSU who were solid and filled the role who were plenty good enough for LSU to win. Jacob Hester, Charles Scott, LSU will be fine with Brousette or whomever wins the starting role.

This is not the class to overload with RB's. Next year we have 3 very elite RB's trending to LSU. What sense does it make to sign more than two or three this class?

A lot of people are selling Nick short. He’s a damn good back.

For good reason. Nothing wrong with being skeptical of Brossette. He hasn’t proven any to this point, except that he’s fumble prone.
I’m sure he’ll improve in the off season being the featured guy, but people aren’t wrong for selling him short right now.

So he should have been getting carries over fournette, guice, Williams. Got it.

Brossette has never showed even a glimpse of being above average much less a good sec rb. If he didn’t go to Uhigh he wouldn’t have even got a scholly.

Come on man. If memory serves me correct, his offer list was impressive.
