We desperately need one of the young wideouts to break out next year. Even if we add guys in the portal you would like to see your homegrown talent also take that next step. Between Watkins, Parker, billiot and Sampson who are y’all the highest on breaking out ?

Billiot is the best IMO. He is a lot like BTJ and has the potential to be great.

Watkins could also make a splash with his elite speed. I keep rooting for Sampson, but if it hasn't happened by now, I'm not sure that it will. Parker is one they seem to like, but he doesn't separate enough IMO.

I’m high on Billiot’s ceiling as well. Has great size and speed I wonder why he hasn’t gotten a chance to see the field esp during the weeks Daniels was hurt and Sampson was struggling. I guess he doesn’t have full grasp of the playbook yet.

Sampson is disappointing rlly thot he would take a big jump this year but it just hasn’t happened. It’s shocking he hasn’t caught a pass in two years. Watkins is def a burner could easily see him making plays from Aaron Anderson’s spot in the slot.

Not sure that’s a fair statement considering he only played a handful of plays this year.

Sampson has only showed me he isn't going to make it in the SEC.

I'm going with none of them. By now you usually someone begin to emerge. We haven't seen that at all. Parker has a chance to play extended time next season but in reality, he will be a junior.

You just named 4 guys that have a combined *checks notes* 3 total receptions... All 3 by Parker. So I guess I'm gonna go with him by default.

At least we have Aaron coming back. He has balled out most of the year and has "separation" ability as well as good hands. To my eyes, he's WR1 next year (and arguably this year).

Sorry to bust your bubble but Francis might have an issue at WR at the next level. I don’t think he’s going to be a WR1…He’s a big kid at the HS level with really good speed but has very little wiggle and runs terrible routes. Believe it or not Sampson was a much more polished WR coming out. Yes Hank will work with him on that but it’s the wiggle part that draws serious concern for me.

CJ Daniels will likely be back for next season. He still has another year of eligibility after this season

It would be nice to have Daniels back. But this team really needs a one next season

Is anyone else a little bothered that we seem to be having trouble landing a star WR with what BTJ & Nabers did last year and as rookies while Bama, Ole Miss and UT are recruiting WRs so well. JS

Green is my first choice. Watkins and Billiot after him.
