He has looked like that since he was a freshman. He’s started for 3 or 4 years for Homer. As a fan and graduate of Haynesville, I’m glad to know he will be gone next year. Plays Guard and Defensive End, but he is more than likely a LBer at the next level. La Tech needs to be recruiting their own backyard. Champ isn’t the only player on Homer’s team that’s a D1 prospect.
