This may be a dumb question but how and the hell is Moss rated above this specimen?

He has very few carries compared to higher rated RBs. I'm guessing he's ranked more on potential and measurables than production.

Citizen is rated as the #2 rb on rivals.
He doesn't have the home run speed of moss but if you watch him he does pretty much everything else better.

He has a good coach at LCCP. They know how good Citizen is. That kid can run for 2000 yards easily but they’re focused on promoting the team as a whole and making sure that kid gets to college with low mileage on his body and no major injuries. You’d like to see more high school coaches like that but sadly a lot of coaches are more into personal gain.
