The bama bump has happened again

Complete joke at this point, and they try to hide it by dropping a couple bama guys 1 or 2 spots so they can say “We dropped 10/25 bama commits” but in reality bama really benefited from this with their top guys getting huge boosts
Brian Thomas down 25 spots, so I guess it’s official that he’s headed to LSU! #HoldThatTiger
247 Updated Rankings
Tommy Brock moved up a spot in the top 10, even though he’s been hurt these past 2 years lmao. They really just don’t even try to hide it
For LSU: Maason and Nuss are the only 2 who got real bumps. The only reason they bumped Maason is to avoid the “247 Had Maason as a 4 star” slander once he’s really fricken good

Yet Alabama keeps consistently winning championships. We need to stop this and finally realize, they get really good guys! We just have to start winning the battle with some of these really good guys!

It’s very simple. As long as they are winning, their recruits are always going to be bumped higher regardless if they actually are better or not. The people ranking look at it as “Well, Saban obviously knows what the hell he’s doing with the recruits. That player must be better than I thought”.

Bama really did not change from the rankings pre/post update. LSU actually was 5th behind Clemson last week when I checked so the composite update actually moved LSU from 5th to 4th.

Bruh the lovefest top recruits have with Ohio St and Bama on a yearly basis is sickening. All these 5 star guys yearly, from across the country, just stack themselves on top of each other at like 3 schools (UGA included).

Agreed. They're pretty fair towards us.
Concerning Bama...I'm sure they get their players bumped more than other schools, but what do you really expect? They keep winning National Championships & having those same guys drafted very high.
When Bama stops doing those 2 things, then I guess there might be a point to call this out. Otherwise...it just comes off as LSU fans complaining or having the Auburn (little brother) syndrome.
Personally, I think our fans should be above this. Let Auburn take the reigns on this issue.

There aren’t any recruiting battles. Those recruits want to go to bama and unless they get processed it’s a done deal. Saban gets what he wants. No other coach in the world can match him. Period.
