I highly doubt D-ville assistants are just leaking his decision days before he announces.

That's not what he said at all. He said 3 Power 5 assistants who RECRUIT Duncanville BELIEVE it to be LSU. That's a big difference to what you typed out in the topic. So, in other words, they don't know shite.

It's going to be quite entertaining when after UT fans felt that they were going to get Simmons on the basis of more NIL money, that they are going to turn around and proclaim that we cheated (as they tend to do).

They are saying Simmons is now going to pick LSU (nothing has changed, no new info has come to light). It's an attempt to force the hand of Texas NIL donors to act in the final hours.
They did the same with Herman, the donors reacted, came through and secured the deal.
